Worcester Community Trust is seeking a new Director of Development, a key role in managing the income generation of the Trust through a sustainable mix of trading, grants, contracts, partnerships, new services, and fundraising. As a social enterprise, income generation is always aligned to the increased positive social impact we’re making, and it is this role’s responsibility to capture that impact each year in an annual report. The role is a key part of the Senior Leadership Team but is well connected to the entire organisation through the overall responsibility for the operation of our 6 Community Hubs
