The Mary Seacole Leadership Programme is a 6-month programme designed by the NHS Leadership Academy in partnership with global experts, Korn Ferry Hay Group.
The programme is delivered locally across the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System (ICS) and is open to to all those working within health and social care in their first formal leadership role.
The programme consists of:
• 12 eLearning modules
• Launch workshop
• 3 interactive workshops
• Online discussion forums
• 2,000-word assignment
Cohort 11 workshop dates:
• Welcome Launch: 23rd May
• Workshop 1: 27th June
• Workshop 2: 8th Aug
• Workshop 3: 19th Sept
• Programme ends: 21st Nov
