Help shape future VCSE training – complete the VCFSE Training Needs Survey by 22 May
The Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) Faculty of the Integrated Care System Workforce Academy is carrying out a training needs analysis to better understand the skills, training and development needs of VCFSE organisations across Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
This short survey will help to:
- Build an accurate picture of the skills that already exist within local organisations
- Understand what internal and external training is currently being delivered
- Identify gaps, pressures and unmet training needs
- Explore opportunities for shared training, collaboration and resource‑pooling
- Strengthen future funding bids and workforce development planning for the sector
Who should complete the survey?
Any voluntary, community, faith or social enterprise organisation or group operating in Worcestershire and/or Herefordshire.
The survey should be completed by the most appropriate person in your organisation who has an overview of the training and development needs of staff and volunteers.
How long will it take?
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete.
We would be extremely grateful if you could also share the survey widely within your networks and encourage organisations of all sizes to take part – from small community groups to larger charities. The broader the response, the more useful the findings will be for everyone.
