Community Wellbeing Roles Network
Following the Being Well in Worcestershire event at the end of 2022, we welcomed people in wellbeing roles to share their experiences of working in the community and hopes for future support.
Making time to step back, slow down and off-load with peers were actions described as vital to maintaining personal wellbeing; personal and professional development are vital in enhancing own wellbeing and job satisfaction.
Worcestershire VCSE Alliance hosts regular events for people in roles such as (but not limited to) :
Community Builder, Community Catalyst, Community Connector – Social Prescribing, Community Development Officer, Community Health Connector, Community Mental Health Link Worker, Disability Employment Advisor, Health and Wellbeing Coach, Neighbourhood Social Prescriber, Social Prescriber, Social Prescribing Link Workers.
To join the Network and receive invitations to Quarterly Get Togethers and Monthly Check Ins, please email comms@worcsalliance.org.
