Wednesday 18th October 12.30 -1.30
In April we welcomed people in wellbeing roles to share their experiences of working in the community and hopes for future support.
Making time to step back, slow down and off-load with peers were actions described as vital to maintaining personal wellbeing.
If the opportunity to chat with peers about what’s going on for you would be helpful, please join us on 18th October 12.30-1.30 – feel free to bring your lunch!
The informal chat will be a video call on MS Teams. The session will not be recorded. Given the likely personalised content of discussion, we assume mutual respect and confidentiality amongst those attending. Carole Cumino who facilitated the initial workshop has volunteered to host the first of the check-in sessions.
Please email Kay (kay@worcsalliance.org) if you’d like the meeting link or to ask any questions.
Please share this with your colleagues in community wellbeing roles, for example (but not at all limited to) Lifestyle Advisors, Social Prescribers, Community Health Connectors, Mental Health Link Workers.
