Worcestershire VCSE Alliance – hosted by Young Solutions
Salary: £25,000 – pro rata for a 25 hour week
Location: While this is a home based role, an office is available to work in at Young Solutions office (Severn House, 32 Ombersley Street West, Droitwich WR9 8QZ)
Leave: 20 days per annum (25 days pro rata)
Expenses: Authorised travel, basic subsistence when working away from base and other expenses will be reimbursed according to guidelines and rates set by the Employer.
Transport: You may need to travel for meetings and therefore access to a vehicle would be beneficial but not essential. Mileage associated with the role will be reimbursed at rates set by the employer. Insurance for business use is essential for this role.
Hours As agreed with your line manager. Hours are between Monday to Friday – 9am and 5.30pm (5pm on Fridays). Occasional evening and weekend work.
Duration: This post will be a one-year contract initially, with an opportunity to extend.

Overview of the post
The Senior Administration Officer will be someone who pays attention to detail and is confident in producing good quality documents. They will have excellent organisational and administrative skills. A passion for VCSE Sector, health and wellbeing would be a bonus. They will have the skills to manage competing priorities and work under their own initiative, whilst having the ability to work well within a team environment.
The role requires the applicant to be flexible in their hours of work to ensure the needs of the work programme.

The closing date for applications is Midday on Wednesday 26th July. We intend to hold interviews w/c 31st July. This process will include a short task and a face-to-face interview with a small panel.
